Compact, Reliable On-Site Waste Treatment
Not every facility generates enough waste to justify a large incineration system. However, even relatively small amounts of medical, veterinary, laboratory, or general solid waste still require safe and controlled disposal.
For hospitals, veterinary clinics, laboratories, farms, and other institutions, transporting waste to an external treatment facility may increase operating costs and delay disposal. In many cases, a compact on-site incinerator offers a more practical and cost-effective solution.
The Small Waste Incinerator is designed for these situations. Featuring a dual-chamber combustion system, enclosed operation, and diesel-fired burners, it provides stable waste treatment while occupying only a small installation footprint. The compact design also makes transportation and installation more convenient for a wide range of projects.

How the Combustion System Works
Efficient waste treatment depends not only on high temperatures but also on a well-designed combustion process.
The Incinerator uses a two-stage combustion system. Waste is first heated in the primary combustion chamber, where combustible gases are released under controlled conditions.
These gases then enter the secondary combustion chamber, where additional heat supports more complete combustion before the exhaust gases pass through the flue system. This staged combustion process helps improve combustion efficiency, reduce visible smoke, and make better use of fuel.
For projects with stricter environmental requirements, the incinerator can also be equipped with an optional flue gas treatment system.

Engineering Features
Fully Enclosed Operation
The combustion process takes place inside a fully enclosed chamber, helping reduce the risk of secondary contamination during waste handling. This makes the system suitable for medical waste, veterinary waste, and other materials that require hygienic treatment.
Independent Temperature Monitoring
The control cabinet independently monitors the temperatures of both combustion chambers, allowing operators to observe combustion conditions throughout the operating process.
The straightforward control layout also makes daily operation and routine maintenance easier.

Diesel-Fired Burner System
The Incinerator uses diesel burners to provide reliable ignition and stable combustion performance. Depending on project requirements, alternative burner configurations can also be discussed.
Compact Structure
With an overall size of 1.8 × 1.15 × 3.0 m, the LK-I-50 is designed for projects where installation space is limited.
Despite its compact size, it can process 50–100 kg of waste per cycle, making it suitable for small and medium-sized waste treatment applications.

Built for Practical Waste Treatment
Every waste treatment project is different. Waste composition, local regulations, available space, and daily operating requirements all influence equipment selection.
Rather than focusing only on combustion capacity, the Incinerator is designed with everyday operation in mind. Its compact footprint, enclosed structure, dual-chamber combustion system, and straightforward controls help provide reliable performance while keeping operation simple.
Whether the project involves medical waste, animal waste, laboratory waste, or general combustible solid waste, the system can be configured to suit different operating requirements.
