How the System Works

The treatment process is designed to remove contaminants continuously and efficiently.

Wastewater first enters the reaction zone, where coagulants and flocculants help suspended particles and emulsified oil form larger flocs. The dissolved air system then releases thousands of microbubbles that attach to these flocs and lift them rapidly to the water surface.

An automatic sludge scraper continuously removes the floating sludge, while the clarified water passes through quartz sand and activated carbon filters for further polishing before discharge or reuse.

Compared with traditional gravity sedimentation, dissolved air flotation offers faster solid-liquid separation and is particularly effective for oily wastewater and fine suspended solids.
